I had the pleasure of meeting Dominique Vorillon, a truly talented photographer, a few weeks ago. His interior photography portfolio is purely inspiring. Below are a few of my favorite photographs.

Refinery 29 recently did this fantastic private tour of the fantastic jewelry designer Alexis Bittar’s home in Brooklyn Heights. I am loving it and his cool new store on Abbot Kinney.
That floor lamp is ridiculously cool.
Alexis Bittar crystal encrusted gold orbiting hoop earring.
Check out more of his jewelry here.
I had a great time last night at the “UNDECORATE” book signing by Christiane Lemieux (founder of DwellStudio) held at Weego Home in Santa Monica. Here are a few of my fav images.
I love these chairs!
Christiane Lemieux and Joshua Young’s apartment in NY. I love the color scheme!
And there are many many more.

I love this flat owned by Parisian gallery director Didier Krzentowski featured in Dwell, June 2004. There are unique vintage artful finds in every nook and cranny.
Purple Pierre Paulin 261 sofa with an installation by artist Alan McCollum
Murano glass vases by Jerszy Seymour.
Marc Newson Orgone stretch lounge.
This Gino Sarfatti 2109/16 ceiling lamp is A-mazing!
Marc Newson Embryo chair dates from 1988. I love it paired with this blue rug.
This bright pink Smarties table by Mattia Bonetti is so fun and unexpected.
Wow, vintage everywhere! I am not sure if Ron Arad’s Rolling Volume chair (in black) would be comfortable to sit in, but it does look cool!

Kelly Wearstler’s office from yesterday’s post inspired me to revisit her fabulousness. Her Malibu beach house is hands down my fav!
The bleached walnut floors, gray Bardiglio marble walls and muted neutral fabrics are reminiscent of the beach nearby. The marble almost looks like the inside of a shell. The organic Soriano sofa and vintage chairs are perfectly curated. The rosewood and walnut cabinet on the back wall is by Jeffrey Greene.
Cassina Cab chairs by Mario Bellini in white leather.
Vintage bucket chairs surround the stone table. A French 1960s chandelier resembles a clump of seaweed.
Mansour Modern carpet. Kelly Wearstler for Sferra linens.
Whitewashed spheres and cubes in the street entrance set the tone for the home. Mansour Modern area rug.
This marble evokes the ebb and flow of the ocean itself.

Ooooohhh, heaven! The comfy yet contemporary sectional is a Flexform sofa. De Le Cuona pillow fabric and Stark area rug.
The flagstone flooring wrapping up the fireplace adds a continuity of materials and simplicity to the dining room. Vase, Jerry Pair. Custom andirons, Andrew T. Crawford Ironworks.
Lot faucets, Dornbracht.
The scale of this bed is so fantastic! It really feels like a “master” bedroom. I love this Matouk throw, it looks so cozy! Linens, Anichini. Holly Hunt bench. Rug, stark.
