This mirror is crazy cool. T leather sling chairs by Katavolos. These are on my must have list of furniture to own in my lifetime.
Geremia Design
My latest project…A bachelor pad in Santa Monica, California. Enjoy!
I just discovered Michaelis Boyd. He has created some of the most gorgeous London renovations and of course, can’t forget, he is the behind behind the Soho house in Berlin and LA and the Byron burger chain. This project is his Elm Park Road project…so cool.
Notice this huge door on the left wall…also the gorgeous natural stone.
The door opens….
and a blackboard appears!!! This is a genius idea.
A very sweet children’s room with bunk beds and fun animal heads on the wall.
This looks like the best room in the house. What a cool hideaway.
Last week, I introduced you to Sara Story Design. I couldn’t resist…here is a bit more!
Super cool tufty sofa. This room feels so fun with the striped rug and the extreme tufts of the sofa. It’s pretty much the perfect family room for a beach house.
Shingles and black doors!
I am really liking this surprise of a purple ceiling! It’s a really great and unexpected way to bring color into a room…why not on the ceiling!

I’ve come across Sara Story Design from cabbagerose and love her work! Check out this great project in Manhattan.
The textures and colors all meld together in a harmonious way. The sheen of the silk rug and the striations of the marble echo one another. The pale pinks are a perfect compliment to the greys on the materials and walls. I also really like the pale grey wainscotting…something I would be nervous to try but it looks fabulous.
This vintage Osvaldo Borsani lounge chair P-40 is gorgeous!
Such a fun playroom. Sofa is by Ligne Roset.

A gorgeous shingle clad home in the Hamptons by Christoff:Finio Architecture.
Here we have a mid-century Persian kilim and the TG-10 dining chairs designed by Bill Katavolos. I really like the mix of these two.
Hans J. Wegner chairs from Laurin Copen Antiques.
A great perch of an office with an Arne Jacobsen pendant light from Louis Poulsen Lighting and a golden Moroccan kilim.
A BDDW cabinet.

Motu Tane is a private island in French Polynesia. It is still so hot here in London, that I am going to imagine being on this tropical island enjoying the heat instead of in central London not enjoying the sticky icky heat. I’m not complaining or anything. The best part is that it is designed by Christian Liaigre. You can rent the private island for $40,000 a night. Enjoy!
Functional use of dark woods to minimize the bright sun. The red chair gives a POP and some energy to the room. The natural abaca rugs add texture. Perfectly complimentary palate of materials.
This might be my favorite spot. I love the brightly colored pillows with the dancing fire in front. I am OBSESSED with Christian Liaigre furniture. This stool is crafted and conceived to fit right into the environment. I would like one for myself!

I’m really in love with this space. It feels very clean and open with expert detailing. I would imagine this home is in Belgium, you?
love how the door reaches all the way to the ceiling, not the mention how lovely the light drapes over the hallway.
i also like how the ceiling is not punctuated with recessed cans everywhere…there is this one simple recessed fixture. the drapes reach the ceiling, adding height to the space.
again, this door detail is so minimal.
these drapes are so romantic in how they puddle to the floor, such a nice juxtaposition to the quiet feeling of the space.
okay, this vanity is gorgeous…but where do you put the hairdryer??
hans wegner chairs.
wood children’s toys are my favorite!

Rees Roberts + Partners are absolute perfection. I love everything they do. I am obsessed.
The texture on the fireplace is out of this world. The color palate is soothing and simple, creamy white walls, bleached wood, soft blues, sandy linens. David Weeks chandelier.
B&B italia chairs. Taraxacum light fixture. Smooth fabric walls….so sooooooft.
I could die in this kitchen. The view…the materials, the cabinetry!
David Weeks light fixture. It’s all so simple but so elegant.
Another David Weeks light fixture and sconces. B&B italia bed…one of my favorites, but you need a ceiling like this! A never ending looooooong clean thin window seat.
This sculptural light fixture is called the 21.50. It is stunning!
