This is an incredible piece of architecture. It’s like a piece of art, almost too beautiful/minimal to live in. Located in Montecito CA, it is a stunning ode to Mies Van der Rohe.
Floating platform steps up to the entrance. Amazing book-matched marble!!
Lots of glass and what a bathroom!
I LOVE this shot!

Let’s begin our week with the inspirational Yabu Pushelberg apartment in New York.
These William Katavolos T chairs are a major favorite.
A perfect little corner with a Nanna Ditzel lounge chair and artfully arranged frames.
Simple and light.
A peek into the bedroom.
I am going crazy for this polished brass pendant lamp by Paavo Tynell! It is spectacular against the wood wall.

Have a great day everyone!
It has been a long week and I think we all deserve a special weekend…so, let’s start early and go to La Reserve Paris!
A beautiful mix of clean lines, subtle color and organic accessories. I seem to be gravitating towards blue sofas lately.
La Reserve is a collection of 10 apartments. I see lot’s of Maxalto, B&B Italia, Flexform, Christian Liaigre and Kevin Reilly. Definitely a sophisticated warm yet contemporary interiors.
I’m packing my bags!
An upholstered bed wall is one of my favorite ways to make a bedroom special.

I am not ready for you…can you go away and come back again? For now, a beautifully executed model apartment at 41 Bond Street in Manhattan designed by Dufner Heighes.
Edward Wormley’s slipper chairs.
Gorgeous lighting.
Lindsey Adelman chandelier hangs above a Tyler Hays table and seating in the dining area. An artistic mix of the rustic/primitive with the more refined. I love the rustic wood on the island face.

Another Lindsey Adelman pendant.

Thin thin metal mullion windows. Very rustic and elegant.

Also loving this drapery treatment. Contemporary yet soft.

I guess I am pretty speechless.
Let’s start our monday simple with Messana O’Rorke’s 9th street loft.
Hello smoke chaise by maarten baas. Simple black and white.
Love the placement of the vertical linear lighting and the large mirror hovering over this linear sink.
